Return Policy –

We have 3 days return policy at creativegarden.in. If a wrong/defective product is delivered, then you are requested to send us a photo of the damaged/defective/Wrong Product within the same days after delivery of your order and dispatch within 3 days. We would replace your product as per the stock availability or else we will refund . In some cases where you are not satisfied with the quality, you are required to send the Product back to us at your expense, and inform us for the same by an email at support@creativegarden.in or call at +91-9577919482 and we will communicate you the return process accordingly.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policies – 

Request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 8-10 business Days.

Delivery Timeline –

We will generally process your order within 1-4 business days of your order being placed.(Orders from Guwahati (M) will be delivered within 48 hrs). We package the plants in our warehouse in Guwahati to ensure safe shipping. However, plants received damaged are always covered by our 3-Day Guarantee.
